Betty Jean (Minniola) Stowe, age 88, of Crockett, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 18, 1930 in Creek to parents, Robert Virgil Dyches and Jennie Clay Elliott Dyches.

Betty is survived by her sons, Johnny Frank Stowe and wife, Nancy, Lloyd Dean Stowe and wife, Sarah, Albert Glynn Stowe and wife, Robin, Delbert Paul Stowe, Roy William Stowe and wife, Brandi, Doyle Glenn Stowe; daughters, Clara Nell Brent, Loretta Cortines and husband, Charlie, Susan Ann Lewis and Doro Quintero, Caroline Stewart and husband, Danny, Glendia Smoldas and husband, Joe, Margie Crouch and husband, Mickey, Brenda Neel and husband, Jimmy; sister, Joyce Bradshaw; brothers, Kenneth Dyches, Billy Ray Dyches; 27 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; special mentions, great nephew Daniel Snoe, Betty Mathena, Pam Sikes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy William Stowe; sons, David Harold Stowe, Johnny Lee Stowe, Alfred Stowe, Leon Stowe; grandson, Johnny Frank Stowe, Jr.; great-grandson, Devon Frank Stowe; nephew, Mitchell Todd Stowe; father, Robert Virgil Dyches; mother, Jennie Clay Elliott Dyches; sisters, Lorraine Gomez, Virgie Shipp, Betty Joe Beard, Wilma Snoe, Evelyn Franks, Loyce Bobbitt.

Funeral services for Betty Jean (Minniola) Stowe will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jackie Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the San Pedro Cemetery. Family will receive friends for visitation at 1:00 p.m. prior to services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Waters Edge Encampment, 7900 FM 1733, Crockett, TX 75835 or San Pedro Cemetery Association, 304 Sandy Circle, Grapeland, TX 75844.
