Earl Beard CorrectedEarl Matthew Beard, age 84, of Crockett, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 at home. Earl was born December 21, 1934 in Crockett to parents, Thomas Matthew Beard and Barbara Lou Sharp Beard. Earl married Billie Jean Frizzell on December 22, 1956 and they had four children.  In 1972, Earl and Billie Jean opened the garment manufacturing factory business which became very successful, shipping all over the USA.  They provided jobs for the community and Earl’s Manufacturing became a very respected company to all their customers and employees.

Earl is survived by children, Larry E. Beard and wife, Roxann of Crockett, Garry Beard of Crockett, Jeanne Beard Brittain and husband, Donald of Crockett, Stanley Beard and wife, Rocio of Crockett; 12 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren with 3 being in heaven; 7 great-great-grandchildren with 2 on the way.  He was preceded in death by wife of 65 years, Billie Jean Beard, September 27, 2020; parents, Thomas and Barbara Beard; brothers, Thomas Ervin Beard, Edward Lee Beard; sisters, Ida B. Gandy, Ava Lou Tiller.
