Jacquelyn Anne Purifoy

Jacquelyn PurifoyJacquelyn Anne Purifoy, age 81, of Lovelady, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at her residence. She was born October 26, 1938 to parents, Benjamin “Jack” Tillman Robinson and Margaret Elizabeth Sykes Robinson. Jacquelyn was a secretary for a private investigator and was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, American Pug Association and the British Pug Association.

Jacquelyn is survived by her husband of 58 years, Mickey Purifoy of Lovelady; son, Ben Purifoy and wife, Sindy of Dayton; grandchildren, Zachary Purifoy of Baytown, Nathan Purifoy, Brooke Moore of Austin, Korin Arasin of Ohio; great-grandson, Declan Coleman of Austin; niece, Dana Floyd of San Marcos. She is preceded in death by twin boys, Michael and Morgan Purifoy; parents, Jack and Margaret Robinson; and brother, Tim Ryan Robinson.

Funeral services for Jacquelyn Ann Purifoy will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2020 in the Lovelady Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Lacey officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening at Callaway-Allee Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the Lovelady Antioch Cemetery.

  1. Having been the wife of Micky Purifoy for 58 years and a beliver in Jesus, the Christ, I am sure Jacquelyn is with Jesus in heaven as I write.
    The passing of a loved one is never easy but Micky has many friends who will “just sit with him” at this time. Las Dieo (Praise be to God, Psalm 66:20).
