Loleta Faye Omelina, age 87, of Crockett, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 in Winfield Nursing Home. She was born December 5, 1931 in Houston County to parents, Claudie Kendrick Sr. and Nettie Jennings Kendrick.  Loleta worked for many years in Crockett doing bookkeeping and tax work.

Loleta is survived by her sons, Ronnie Omelina and wife, Janis of Crockett, Mike Omelina and wife, Mary of Crockett, Donald Omelina of Apple Springs; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Claudie Kendrick and wife, Betty of Crockett; sister, Eva Dell Kendrick of Pasadena; numerous neices, nephews, and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claudie Kendrick Sr. and Nettie Jennings Kendrick; brother, Billy Don Kendrick; longtime companion, W.T. Johnson.

Family will receive friends for visitation for Loleta Faye Omelina will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home.
