  3. Thomas and I remember Randall very fondly. He was always such a delight to talk to. His love for people and for his Lord was always evident and his “bug” stories delighted us! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, that God will flood you with the warmest memories and His greatest comfort. Heaven is a smiling place with Randall Hollingsworth there!

    God bless you all.

  4. I worked for Randal during my co-op years in High School and during the summer. He was one of the finest men I have ever known. He taught me how to bird hunt, how to rake a yard, and that Jolly Rancher cinammon csndy was worth buying by the case. I loved his bug stories. I will miss him. I pray for all God’s blessings and comfort on his family.

  5. Robbie,
We are so very sorry to learn this sad news. You know we have always thought so dearly of Randal. Our prayers for you and your precious family.

  6. One of my favorite childhood memories was when I was on vacation, and Uncle Randal saddled up a couple of horses and took me out to see the sunrise. I have not forgotten that particular moment, or all the other times he treated me special while at the same time made me feel right at home. I always thought Alan Jackson had a man like Uncle Randal in mind when he wrote; “And he bowed His head to Jesus, And he stood for Uncle Sam, And he only loved one woman, He was always proud of what he had, He said his greatest contribution is the ones you leave behind”. A life well lived. A job well done. With Love and Gratitude I wish the Hollingsworths God’s Peace and Blessings at this time.

  7. Dear Sweet Hollingsworth Family — Deidre, my precious Sunday School and school mate,

I am so saddened to see the home going of your precious husband and dad. I pray for your comfort.

I so fondly remember Mr. Hollingsworth at Central Baptist Church in Crockett. As I so easily picture him, I feel so safe and so good. That was a great place to be with strong, loving dads who showed us Jesus’ love for us, right alongside our sweet, strong and loving mothers who showed us the same.

I just so want to give each of you hugs. Your dad and your whole family bring special memories in my life much closer.

I hope to see you all again.

May each of you be greatly comforted. The Lord is worthy of PRAISE for holding each of you up in His strong hands! I know you feel Him!

    My love,
