Rebecca “Becky” Brown Bridges

Rebecca Bridges pic 2 fixedRebecca “Becky” Brown Bridges, age 49, of Crockett, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at her residence.  Becky was born June 27, 1971 in Houston to parents, Roy Glen Brown and Ruby Vivian McClanahan Brown.  Becky graduated from Crockett High School in 1989.  She owned the Quilting Cotton Fabric Shop in Crockett for many years and loved quilting, always willing to help anyone.

Becky is survived by sons, Travis Bridges and wife, Ashley of West Columbia, Trent Bridges and wife, Elizabeth of Lovelady; her sons father, Rayford “Bill” Bridges of Crockett; granddaughter, Bayleigh Bridges of Lovelady; mother, Ruby Brown of Crockett; brother, Brad Brown and wife, Shauna of Chandler; sister, Rachel Beth Brown of Crockett; brother, Ernie Gothe and wife, Ruby of Oklahoma; nieces, Ashley Graham, MaKaila Brown, Olivia Opella, Stephanie Gothe, Jennifer Gothe, Rachel Gothe; great-niece, Scarlett Graham; great-aunt, Mae Ree Nix of Crockett; numerous other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by father, Roy Brown.

Funeral services for Rebecca “Becky” Brown Bridges will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Dr. Reggie Gregory officiating.  Interment will follow in the Center Hill Cemetery.

  1. I’m so sorry for your loss. Continued prayers for all of her family during this time of grief. Becky was a very special person and she blessed everyone of us that knew her and that came in contact with her.She loved us all and we loved her. And that love is going to get us through. She is gone but definitely not forgotten.

  2. I’m truly sorry about Beckys passing. She was always a beautiful and kind person. I know she will be missed by so many.
