Sue Standlee, age 67, of Crockett passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Hospice in the Pines in Lufkin. Sue was born October 26, 1952 in Lawton, OK to parents, Loye Newton and Mary Wilma Pursley Newton.

Sue is survived by her husband, George Standlee, Sr.; 5 sons, Nevin Remaly and wife, Tammy of Magnolia, Jason Remaly of Kaplan, LA, George Standlee and wife, Cherrie of Texas City, Allen Remaly and wife, Rene of Crockett, John Remaly and wife, Nicole of Huntsville; daughter, Ravyn Standlee of Crockett; brothers, James Newton and wife, Shirley of Kaplan, LA, Frank Garrison and wife, Hazel of Oklahoma; sister, Glenda Simons and husband, Connie of Waco; 5 half-sisters; 20 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other surviving relatives. She is preceded in death by father, Loye Newton; mother, Mary Wilma Garrison; brothers, Loyd Newton and Kenneth Newton; son, Bobby James Standlee; grandson, Caleb Edward Remaly, brothers-in-law, Edward Standlee, Johnny Colbert; mother-in-law, Minnie Virginia Shimmerhorn; father-in-law, Edward Lee Standlee.

Funeral services for Sue Standlee will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 2019 in Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Tresea Moore Land officiating. The family will receive visitors Saturday evening from 5:00 7:00 p.m.
